Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of business.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, sales numbers, or social media engagement.

Vinofyx Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

In case of termination, the client is responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, hosting providers). We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policies.

The client must comply with the terms of these third-party providers.
